The easiest way to support fertility and nourish both mother and baby during pregnancy. Lasts for half a year.
Ensures sufficient micronutrient intake before and during pregnancy
The nutrients in the complex are contained in sufficient quantities and in easily absorbable forms. Their values are set according to the authority of EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and the latest clinical studies.
Clean label product
The complex does not contain any unnecessary additives (emulsifiers, stabilizers, etc.) that reduce the absorbability of nutrients and burden your and your baby's bodies.
Newly contains vitamin D2 and D3
Research and development is moving forward very quickly, which is why we are constantly thinking about how to improve our products. For even greater effectiveness, we have newly enriched the complex with vitamin D3, which affects cell division and calcium metabolism.
Developed in collaboration with doctors
The product was developed in collaboration with doctors and its composition was assessed by the National Institute of Health so that we can put our hand in the fire for it.
Active and highly absorbable ingredients
are fundamental for us

Myo-inositol is involved in the regulation of the important hormones FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), which helps control the menstrual cycle, and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).
Its effect has been studied extensively for its involvement in metabolic syndrome and in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS is one of the most common female endocrine disorders associated with insulin resistance). The results of recent studies strongly suggest that inositol supplementation may be associated with successful treatment of PCOS patients undergoing assisted reproduction.
B vitamins, as part of enzymes, participate in the metabolic pathways of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and play an important role in maintaining the functions of the nervous system.
Vitamin B1(thiamine hydrochloride) contributes to the normal function of the nervous system Vitamin B2(riboflavin) helps protect cells from oxidative stress Vitamin B6(pyridoxine hydrochloride) is important for the formation of red blood cells Vitamin B12(methylcobalamin) plays a role in the process of cell division Biotin(vitamin B7) contributes to maintaining normal hair condition Folic acid(L-methylfolate calcium) is crucial for DNA formation
Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin of the B group. It is a substance that is essential for the formation of nucleic acids, in hematopoiesis and has an irreplaceable role in the growth and development of the fetus. It plays a role in the process of cell division, supplying tissues with nutrients and oxygen and maintaining healthy blood vessels of the mother and fetus. According to studies, sufficient active form of folic acid in the body during pregnancy can prevent spinal cord defects, insufficient nutrition and development of the fetus or improper blood supply to the placenta.
Folic acid must be converted into an active form after entering the body, which is ensured by the MTHFR enzyme. Women who suffer from a gene mutation for this enzyme may have problems conceiving or carrying a baby to term. In our products, folic acid is contained in an already active methylated form, which means that it does not have to be activated after entering the body and the woman has an effective form of the vitamin available.
The form and amount of folic acid contained in Verra Fertility & Pregnancy Complex fully ensures sufficient intake for both the woman and the fetus throughout pregnancy.
Vitamin B12 is normally found only in foods of animal origin. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Last but not least, it participates in the process of cell division, which occurs to an increased extent during pregnancy.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also affects the functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism. It is an excellent antioxidant and thus contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Zinc has a wide range of functions in the human body. It affects the metabolism of many nutrients, participates in the process of cell division, contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and also to the normal function of the immune system. Among other things, it also supports hair health.
Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system. According to a study, lower levels of selenium and zinc increase the time it takes for a woman to become pregnant.
Iodine is important for the body, especially for the function of the thyroid gland, but it is also used in the activity and development of the nervous system.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. It participates in the process of cell division and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It affects calcium metabolism and its intake is important for normal calcium absorption into the bones.
Vitamin D exists in two forms – as ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Both forms are naturally found in food and both effectively increase vitamin D levels in the blood. However, new studies show that vitamin D3 works even more effectively in the human body. This form of the vitamin is produced in the skin by the action of UV radiation from the sun. Vitamin D2 cannot be produced by the body, so we must obtain it from food. The ideal vitamin D supplementation is therefore the intake of both forms D2 and D3, which you will find in the new ingredients of our product.
Iron is a mineral whose levels are often lower than optimal in women, especially pregnant women. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the normal transport of oxygen in the body.

You often ask...
When should I start using the product? Before conception, or only when I find out I'm pregnant?
Based on clinical studies, we recommend starting to use Verra Complex 6 months before planned conception. If you are vegan, on a diet, or suspect that you may be lacking certain nutrients for other reasons, we recommend starting 8 months before planned conception.
I got pregnant, can I continue using Fertility & Pregnancy?
Yes, we recommend continuing use; during pregnancy, the product will help you and your baby replenish important vitamins and micronutrients.
Can I use it while breastfeeding?
Yes, you can. However, due to significant interest from your side, we have developed the Postpartum Complex, which is more suitable for this period. Its composition focuses primarily on supporting the production and quality of breast milk and the body's regeneration after childbirth.
Will it really help me get pregnant?
The composition of Verra Complex is based on clinical studies, the results of which can be found in the ingredients section here on the website. Based on these studies, Verra Complex has proven properties that support and influence the menstrual cycle. Vitamins and minerals play a complex role in human health. They affect reproduction, and their deficiency (caused, for example, by an unsuitable lifestyle or insufficient dietary intake) may be associated with inadequate metabolic function. The right amount of micronutrients helps create a suitable environment for conception.
Why does the product contain exactly 400𝜇g of folate? My gynecologist recommended 800𝜇g of folic acid daily.
According to clinical studies, 400𝜇g of folate is a sufficient amount. Verra Complex Fertility & Pregnancy contains folate in an active (methylated) form, so we know that the maximum amount will be absorbed. In other supplements, it is often present in an inactive form, which is why a higher dose is needed.
Will Verra Complex Fertility & Pregnancy help me regulate my menstrual cycle?
Yes, it will regulate and harmonize your menstrual cycle, support ovulation, and alleviate menstrual pain. However, if you are not planning to conceive, we recommend using the Menstruation Complex instead, which has a more suitable composition for these purposes.
Can I empty the capsules and drink the contents?
We would rather not recommend that; the capsule shell serves a purpose here. The contents of the capsule may stick to the glass or oral cavity, meaning an insufficient amount would reach the intestinal lining.
Is there iodine in your vitamins?
Yes, Verra Complex Fertility & Pregnancy contains 53% of the RDI (Reference Daily Intake of vitamins and minerals) of iodine. This amount is set so that the product can also be used by women with increased thyroid function. Nevertheless, we recommend consulting a doctor if you have any thyroid condition.
Which other Verra products can I combine it with?
We recommend combining it with Verra Premium Omega-3, Premium Collagen, Probiotics for Pregnant Women, and Verra Magnesium for comprehensive care during pregnancy.
