Can I take all the products from the package at the same time of day?
We would not recommend that. In general, we suggest taking them in the morning, as the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) slows down in the evening, leading to reduced nutrient absorption compared to the morning. However, magnesium in the form of bisglycinate is an exception due to its biological activity—it has calming effects and promotes quality sleep. Therefore, we recommend taking it after dinner.
Can I open the capsules and drink the contents?
We would not recommend this, as the capsule serves an important function. The contents may stick to the glass and the oral cavity, preventing adequate absorption in the intestinal lining.
Will this really help me get pregnant?
