Why is magnesium included in the package?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), magnesium deficiency has become increasingly common in the population in recent years. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the body's need for magnesium naturally increases, but due to the growing processing of food, the amount of magnesium we naturally consume continues to decrease. That is why we consider magnesium supplementation important. Additionally, during this physically demanding period, it helps maintain normal mental well-being, supports restful sleep, and gives you more energy throughout the day.
Why is collagen included in the package?
Collagen is a structural protein that helps accelerate wound healing and muscle and pelvic floor recovery after childbirth. Our product contains hydrolyzed collagen, ensuring good absorption. Additionally, it is bovine collagen, which is completely safe even during breastfeeding.
I gave birth a while ago, but I am still breastfeeding and would like to supplement some vitamins. Which product is suitable for me?
Even though you gave birth some time ago but are still breastfeeding, we would still recommend taking Verra Postpartum Complex. It replenishes essential micronutrients that are needed in greater amounts during breastfeeding.
Can I take all the products from the package at the same time of day?
We would not recommend this. Generally, we suggest taking them in the morning since gastrointestinal (GIT) activity slows down in the evening, leading to lower nutrient absorption. However, magnesium in the bisglycinate form is an exception due to its biological activity. It has calming effects and promotes quality sleep, so we recommend taking it after dinner.
