We asked three very inspiring moms four questions about motherhood.

The second of these successful women is Jana Sedláková ❤️, lawyer, advocate and founder of the law firm SEDLAKOVA LEGAL.

(If someone wanted to use a lawyer with a great and professional attitude, we recommend all ten of them!😍)

1) How did childbirth affect you in your life?

Childbirth is a very intimate and intense experience for me. I have a total of 4, of which I have 4 beautiful children. And each of them was completely different. The first was long, medicated, but in the end a beautiful experience - nothing more wonderful than when they gave me my newborn baby, I have not experienced. He was so amazing! The second birth ended with an emergency section, and I was traumatized for a while. And fear for life. In general, however, all births gave me a completely different perspective on life - the birth of a child is a miracle, and then one perceives the whole world in a completely different way. It rearranges your priorities. And the body😊

2) How did you adjust your diet during pregnancy?

In all pregnancies, I tried to take care of enough vitamins, folic acid and in general a varied diet so that the little person inside me got everything it needed. At the same time, I tried to solve some pregnancy ailments with my diet - and therefore to have enough fiber, fluids, less salt. Just a healthier lifestyle. Although I won't pretend that I haven't sinned and for example I didn't eat raw fish when it was really fresh.

3) What would you say to women who are trying for a baby?

I would like to tell everyone that I have my fingers crossed for them. And even though pregnancy is not always the most beautiful period in a woman's life (I salute the toilet bowl, hemorrhoid ointment and fallen arch 😁), with humor and patience you can not only wait it out, but also enjoy it in the end. I would also like to tell them that the children should not forget to really enjoy what they are doing. Once they succeed, it can become a lack of activity😁.

4) You are a mother and at the same time a partner of the law firm SEDLAKOVA LEGAL. What would you say to those women who have a lot of work during pregnancy and after childbirth. How to handle it? :)

So here every advice is dear. Stress is something that is not good for either the mother or the baby. It can block pregnancy. It can interfere with lactation... And what about us - little work, when done to the full, is a walk in the Zen garden. So every mom should ask herself what else is worth it. And learn to take more things in perspective. When it's not about life...😊 On the other hand, I'm the type who would have much more stress from just taking care of the baby. With three children, I started three companies, opened two branches, and with the fourth child I am still running a non-profit project. And after the birth of the little one, I forbade myself to do any other business. Well, 6 months later I got bedbugs. I'm not crazy about it just thanks to good planning, a tolerant family, great colleagues and the fact that the work gives me far more endorphins than it takes away. But it takes a super diary and taking care not only of the baby, but also of yourself, so that your body and nerves can withstand it!

Many thanks to Jana for answering all our questions with humor and ease!
