Ideal sport for pregnant women:

- walking in the fresh air
-swimming
- riding a bicycle
-pregnancy yoga
-running at a slow pace (Caution: Only women who are used to running regularly should run. Only up to the 5th month of pregnancy.)

Avoid:

- intense physical exercise
-jumps and impacts
-abdominal muscle contractions
-reduce exercise intensity (Exercise at 60% of your heart rate.)
