"I am a journalist and copywriter by profession. I worked in several large newsrooms and agencies, but I only found my work fulfillment in my own project and helping women to a fulfilled motherhood. I am a mum to three-year-old Oliver, who came to us "on the first try", but when trying for a second baby I found out how difficult the process can be. And so, within the framework of my project Turn off your head, I try to make women worry as little as possible. Whether they concern an abortion, a long struggle for a baby or perhaps chronic women's problems," says Klára Antonova Fischleinová
What brought you to the Vypni Hlavu project?
My own fall to the bottom, which taught me to start loving myself a little more. To allow myself to be genuine in life, not only in private, when, for example, he unlearned the need to constantly thank everyone, but also liberated me at work. The first relaxation and ideas for online courses for women dealing with their fertility, women's traumas or subsequently preparing for a more comfortable motherhood came by themselves and gradually. My initial intention was to offer people with chronic stress, insomnia, anxiety and similar problems a simple tool that would relieve them in a few minutes and become their anti-stress crutch in the long term. I consider relaxation recordings to be exactly such a tool.
Do you think that the psyche plays an important role in the prenatal period?
We should certainly not underestimate it, but at the same time it is not good to blame yourself for every irritation or stress, because pregnancy is such a long period that the idea of a constant Zen calm would be utopian. I know how difficult pregnancy can be. In any case, the psyche is important already before pregnancy, when it is nice to get together not only physically, but also emotionally.
Pregnancy is said to be the most beautiful time for a woman. But none of us knows in advance how hers will go, how she will handle everything, how she will feel... That's why I consider it important to go into pregnancy with an already accustomed psychohygiene, which doesn't have to be time-consuming, it involves small everyday caring rituals and high-quality products instead of toxic ones. It then serves as such an anchor and it is easier to follow up with other necessary care during pregnancy. This period is not exactly ideal for us to start with big or many changes from the very beginning.
What makes you the most happy about the Oppni Halva project?
Clearly feedback from female clients. Their messages, openness and trust always confirm to me that my work has great meaning and that I am now dedicated to my mission. I have always tried to help people around me and now I do it daily. I guide women to be happier, more relaxed, healthier and maybe even to invite them and give them a new life. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful job - and that I've already tried quite a few. ☺
Based on your experience, would you give any advice to women trying to have a baby?
So that they don't hesitate to invest in what they feel they need. I don't just mean money, but also my time and attention. Many healthy and empowering lifestyle changes don't cost anything. And as far as paid services and products are concerned, I advise you to carefully choose both quality and what suits you. Rather than running panicked from one procedure to another and combining everything at once, he wants to feel his real needs and weaknesses. We are all different and the techniques that help to get pregnant are perhaps endless. But how to know about it?! The solution is to know yourself and without embellishing the pluses and minuses of your lifestyle. Then we better decide which direction to take on the way to the baby, what tempts us to try, what makes us feel good.
And stop trying to be perfect, blame yourself for anything, evaluate your performances, (failures)... Take it as playfully as possible, as a period when you enrich yourself and your life, not as a hunt for a child, when the only measure of success is a positive pregnancy test. I always work with women in such a way that they enjoy their journey more than they are stressed and to strengthen them for future motherhood. I can't give a universal recipe for how to get pregnant quickly and easily, but I offer options, techniques and inspiration, taking into account the personal story of each client. It must be key for her as well.
Do you think a woman should communicate with her baby during pregnancy? Is it important to you?
I highly recommend it to every expectant mother, because it is touching and comforting, irreplaceable. Someone is reluctant to talk to the baby out loud, which is fine, just thoughts are enough, you can whisper, sing the same songs to him every night that express what you feel... Which can become the first joint ritual. In short, there are many ways of communication.
If you are following up on my relaxations for pregnant women with a question, I created them so that they stop for a moment and connect more deeply with their own body and the baby. I think this is exactly what we remember from pregnancy. Building love and a relationship with our child through shared moments that we experience consciously and present. Away from everyday worries, checks and arranging practical things. It would be a shame to lose the magic that takes place within us, not to notice it.
