Do you ever wonder when is the best time ⏰ to drink one of our products?

We recommend taking our products after meals – after breakfast or lunch. We do not recommend taking them in the evening because it slows down our gastrointestinal system and reduces nutrient absorption.

Many of us also enjoy our favorite coffee for breakfast or after lunch. But what about the absorption of vitamins and minerals if we “wash down” our capsules 💊 with coffee?

The tannins and caffeine in coffee can interact with micronutrients and affect their absorption. Caffeine speeds up digestion, which means food moves through the digestive tract faster and vitamins and minerals don’t have enough time to be fully absorbed. Caffeine also has diuretic properties, which can reduce the concentration of water-soluble vitamins. 💧

Therefore, we do not recommend drinking coffee while taking supplements. We recommend that you leave at least 30 minutes between taking capsules of one of our products and drinking coffee for maximum absorption.
