Regeneration
, support for breastfeeding and healthy hair and skin
The best support for postpartum regeneration, ensuring optimal nutrition for you and your baby. Lasts for half a year.
Lactation
The complex contains Verra Antioxidant Lactation Booster™, which supports the natural production of breast milk and at the same time improves its quality in terms of micronutrients, i.e. vitamins and minerals that are crucial for infants.
Supplementation of key micronutrients
After a difficult birth, it is important for the mother to replenish the important micronutrients that she lost along with the blood during childbirth.
Immune system support
It has a positive effect on the immune system of the mother and, through breast milk, of the baby. It also stimulates hair and nail growth and helps maintain normal skin condition.
Clean label product
The complex does not contain any unnecessary additives (emulsifiers, stabilizers, etc.) that reduce the absorbability of nutrients and burden your body.
Active and highly absorbable ingredients
are fundamental for us
All Verra products are created in collaboration with experts in the field. The products are also assessed for you by the National Institute of Public Health.

Choline
Choline bitartrate
Choline is an essential nutrient for the proper function of the liver, muscles, brain, lipid metabolism and the composition of cell membranes. Since the human body can only produce small amounts of choline, it must be consumed through food.
Pregnancy and lactation are periods when the need for choline is particularly high. A large amount is supplied to the fetus via the placenta. Plasma or serum concentrations of choline are significantly higher in pregnant women compared to non-pregnant women. However, after delivery, the need for choline is even higher because breast milk contains relatively high amounts of it.
Outside of pregnancy and breastfeeding, for example, plasma homocysteine levels increase when choline supplies are inadequate. Elevated homocysteine levels are associated with a higher risk of several chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, cognitive decline, and fractures. Choline intake is associated with lower homocysteine levels.
Choline is found in many foods (liver, eggs), yet a large portion of the adult population is deficient in it.
Asparagus racemosus Asparagus increases the production of prolactin, the hormone responsible for the production of breast milk.
Voluntas
A blend of three galactogenic plants - fenugreek, milk thistle and fennel, which supports healthy breast milk production.
Natural organic powders
Apples, blueberries, and blackcurrants support the antioxidant properties of breast milk.
Breast milk has antioxidant properties that are important as a protective mechanism against infections and diseases. The balance between the concentrations of ROS (reactive oxygen species, the accumulation of which in cells is undesirable) and antioxidants is important for the healthy stable state of infants.
Calcium should be present in the mother's diet during pregnancy and after birth in sufficient quantities to protect her bones, which are prone to thinning during this period. It is also essential for the proper development of the infant's skeleton.
Vitamin E supplementation ensures an increased supply of α-tocopherol through breast milk, which contributes to the motor and mental development of the newborn and also strengthens the defense against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B12 is normally found only in foods of animal origin. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C, a well-known antioxidant, contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism, the nervous system, the immune system and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
Iron supplementation after childbirth plays a crucial role in preventing the development of anemia and reducing maternal fatigue. Optimal iron levels help with proper milk production.
Zinc contributes to postpartum regeneration, proper growth of the child and the functioning of metabolism. It helps the normal function of the immune system and supports hair quality.

Amino acids
Cysteine
L-cysteine base
Together with biotin and B complex, it contributes to maintaining the normal condition of hair, the quality of which worries most women after childbirth. Since, unlike methionine, it does not enter breast milk, it is considered safe during breastfeeding.
Tyrosine
L-tyrosine
Tyrosine is an amino acid that contributes to the normal synthesis of dopamine, an important neurotransmitter (a molecule that transmits nerve impulses in the brain). Dopamine has a fundamental influence on an individual's mental state and motor activity.
